• • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. You may also pay in full online.
• • Please book at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare.
• • Every guest (or a guardian) must accept our liability waiver before arrival.
• • The lounge is closed Monday & Tuesday.
• • This is a private experience — the lounge is reserved exclusively for your group.

Cancellation policy

Regular reservations receive a full refund of anything paid online when cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Private events receive a full refund when cancelled at least 3 days in advance. When a cancellation is made after the applicable deadline or the guest does not arrive, any required deposit is nonrefundable. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation so another guest can enjoy your space.
